			The ‘door entry’ System E3 comprises of the following components : 1. ESCON SOCKET Flush outlet, c/w back box for surface mounting 2. ESCON DOOR UNIT Flush door unit, c/w back box for surface mounting 3. MIM 8118 Transformer 230/24VAC, 10VA 4. ESCON Desk Unit, c/w 2m cable

The ‘Engaged Wait Enter’ System E3 is designed to control the entire ‘door entry’ into your room, allowing you to choose the pace at which you receive people and also indicate whether you are in or out of the room.

Use the buttons on the desk unit to turn on the lights of the door entry systems unit, to indicate when you are available and when you are engaged. You are no longer subject to the whims of other people. With your door entry systems installed you can now plan your time better than before.

Operation of Door Entry Systems:

Press the green button of the door unit and the buzzer in the desk unit will sound.
The person at the desk can now press the green (enter), yellow (wait) or red (engaged) button on the desk unit. The chosen signal will then be displayed on the door unit.
The nameplate on the door unit can also be lit from the desk unit to indicate that you are in the room.
The fifth facility button can be used for operating a fan, calling the secretary etc.
With each of the various door entry systems a wiring diagram is included.
